Refund Policy

All items in my shop are made to order, therefore I do not accept returns.

As our items are all made to order by hand each is unique and no two will be exactly the same. All our photos are taking in natural light to get the most accurate representation of colour. However please be aware that all computer screens will vary.  Actual colour may vary from what you see on your screen! If you're unsure on the colour/shade of an item please do contact us and we will be happy to send more images where possible and advise you on your choice. 

If an item is faulty or damaged, I will replace (if possible), refund or offer a discount code for a future order. I require notification of any issues within 21 days but will ask for proof of the fault, in the form of a photo.
